1. Who we are

AMYZ LTD ("AMYZ", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17355771), with its registered office at 15 Malthouse Passage, London, SW13 0AQ, United Kingdom. We make mobile games and apps.

This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with our website (amyz.uk) and our games and apps. For data protection purposes, AMYZ LTD is the data controller. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@amyz.uk.

2. Our website

Our website is a simple informational site. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not run advertising on it, and we do not set our own tracking cookies.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare's network. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare processes technical information about visits (such as IP addresses and request logs) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for this. You can read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you email us, we will hold your email address and message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

3. Our games and apps

Depending on the game or app, we may collect:

• Device and technical data — such as device model, operating system version, language, and identifiers provided by the platform, used to run the app and fix problems;
• Gameplay and usage data — such as progress, scores, settings, and how features are used, so the game works and so we can improve it;
• Crash and diagnostic data — to find and fix bugs;
• Purchase records — if an app offers purchases, these are processed by Apple or Google. We never receive your payment card details.

Each app's App Store or Google Play listing describes that app's specific data practices, which take precedence over the general description here if they differ. We do not sell personal data.

4. Children

Some of our games may appeal to children. We design our apps to collect no more data than needed to make them work, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond that. Where a game is directed at children, we will comply with the age-appropriate design and parental consent requirements that apply. If you believe a child has provided us personal data that we should not hold, contact us at hello@amyz.uk and we will delete it.

5. Sharing and transfers

We share data only with service providers who help us run our website and apps — such as hosting, analytics, and crash-reporting providers, and the app store platforms — under agreements that protect it. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. Diagnostic and analytics data is typically retained for a limited period set by the relevant provider.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@amyz.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Changes

We may update this policy as our apps and services develop. The date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page or in the relevant app.
